Sarah Michelle is a bilingual Yoga Instructor and Writer rooted in traditional yogic philosophy and embodied movement. Her classes combine traditional Hatha and modern Vinyasa Yoga with a strong focus on Alignment, Precision and breath awareness.

She sees precision as a form of care and invites students to build trust in their body rather than chase achievement. Through movement, Pranayama and intentional sequencing, her classes support physical strength, emotional awareness and a deeper connection to oneself.

For Sarah, Yoga extends far beyond the mat. Through years of dedicated study and practice she found that stillness and movement exist within each other. Her teaching reflects this understanding and approaches Yoga as an ongoing devotion and participation in life.
