Hi welcome, so nice to have you here. I am Sarah Michelle, a bilingual Yoga Instructor and Writer with a deep love for traditional yogic philosophy and practices. My work focuses on blending these into embodied movements which invite you to find your own creative expression of yoga.

For me the physical Alignment and Precision while practicing Asana are an expression of care, embedded in a Sequence that allows you to remember your own body's intelligence and trust it throughout the practice. With my blend of traditional Hatha and modern Vinyasa Yoga I curate classes that invite you to grow stronger physically and emotionally. All within a playful approach to see your practice as a relationship you're exploring and embodying, rather than an achievement.

Besides Asana, my passion deeply roots in the yogic breathing practices of Pranayama, to make sure to always connect you back to the power of your breath. In leading you through special classes or individual Sadhana initiations I share this ancient wisdom more in depth.

Through my deep dedication to study and practice Yoga throughout the last years, i experiences that Stillness and movement are not contradictory. Both exist within each other and have to be embraced. So Yoga to me is much more than just the physical activity of movement and breath - but an ever unfolding devotion, expressed as active participation in life. I am exited to be sharing this path with you.
