I’m a bilingual Yoga Instructor and Writer rooted in traditional yogic philosophy and embodied movement. My classes combine traditional Hatha and modern Vinyasa Yoga with a strong focus on Alignment, precision and breath awareness.

For me precision is a form of care and invites my students to build trust in their bodies rather than chase a specific achievement. Through movement, Pranayama and intentional sequencing, my classes support physical strength, emotional awareness and a deeper connection to yourself.

Yoga extends far beyond the mat. Through years of dedicated study and practice, I found that stillness and movement exist within each other and my Journey with Yoga is an ongoing act of devotion.
